Someone who is internship ready?

The qualities of someone becoming ready for there internship program is to become knowledgeable, prepared, responsible, and working in a team. These are the important theme would being expect in business look for in a good qualify internship person. If you are not knowledgeable in business work, they would think you’re not educational in your decree. You should be able to learn the basic knowledge in your career and know what employee say or techno language terms in a work fields. You should know some of the answer that they may question about your degree or knowledge in what you're doing in there organization. They don't want to see someone who would be unintelligent in the work because they would field that someone not interested in working or not motivated to provide good ideas in a team. The person has to be prepared to give feedback from his peers or coworker; also, would have the basic materials like pencil and paper to take note for them self, so employee feel there ready to be in their organization because your reliable, prepare, and respecting their time to take down note to feel your are wasting there time in the first place. He is able to work in a team without complaining or hating them due to there attitude. They will get a good quality work without their manager feeling that incapable in work in a team or not get a good quality work in the first place. These are the qualities that a person would be ready to work in internship Company.

What is the best and the worst job

The best job I had was make audio tape in Berkeley High School for special education class. In providing support and material for them, I also felt that providing the service for them by teaching new technology as well make audio tape, so they can catch up in there learning environment. I like the jobs because I was gained opportunity to support my family and able experience learn what needs to be employee. One thing I felt that was lacking was the student not helping to make audiotape because they weren't there to support the staff and to learn how to make audio tape and in many ways. For example, they can learn how to burn audio sound on CD as well as learning how to record tape to transfer as a data to CD. They learn how to use Itunes software in organizing music or convert there music other deplorable device like IPod or there cell phones can store music. That was great opportunity learn new technology as well as giving back to my community students.

The dilapidated volunteer structure to help senior people in know the how to use their computer. For example, none of senior people come to learn how to use computer. The manager don’t really convince many senior people learn how to use computer for get information they need for their self or provide tips in improving their computer work better in many ways if they had one at apartment. I fell that was get experience to teach senior people one person who had already knew how to use a computer. I have refreshed memory in learn again or gave her extra tip use Google translator because she don’t speak fluent English, so she can understand person writing of she had difficulty knowing a word. I try to convince other people but they feel that it was unnecessary to know technology or use it because had other people to play with or communicated on a regular phone.

The title of this article is Police move in on latest Occupy Oakland protest by Kristin J. Bender and Rick Hurd that describes how Oakland police issued a 30-minute warning to camping to leave the area of surrounded 18th and Linden streets. The camping are deciding to find a new places to protest their idea program on foreclosure on their home who can not pay there payment on homes. A feel that the people who are protesting their issue by camping out on the sidewalk or have the owner permission to camp there. It would not be effective way to get their home back for people who are doing with this issue. There are many programs that would support people who are having program paying there home lease. For example, how president Obama has already setup some program to help the people who are doing with their foreclosure on their house. The people who are unemployed should find jobs are get help from their family before they get them self in to a deeper situations. How Matt Chamber disagree on the Occupy Oakland people who are camping on the lots, neighbors never approach them about their issue, and this issue got really important to the Oakland neighborhoods. I feel that Matt Chamber comments on this article is will true because there are more real issues to discuss. Then have program with your foreclosure on home or become homeless. This is your program not the social media program you need find way to deal with it with out make big issues out of it.

My inspiration

My inspired is moral lesson of the story from a books, movies, or animation books. Some of my times I spent on reading animation books because it is fast to read and easy to understand the moral ideals of the stories because it my come in handy to understand the real scenario in the real society life. My favorites animation book is call Dragon Zakura. It relates to many real facts of student not taken advantage in education at school. How they can improve their education to boost their success in knowing, the knowledge and getting great opportunity to improve there dream goals. Kenji Sakuragi is the main character of the story that describes how students are doing poorly in their educational studies. Students can prepare to pass the entrance exam without be clustering to fail their entrance exam before they start take there tests. Kenji Sakuragi provide many examples how to prepared to pass the entrance exam; also, not be an exclusively to become a genius student in one of those expensive school in a rich family. Some of the animation books that I read are emotionally sad or have many moral ideals problems. I do not really share my moral story to other people because I fill embarrass to show my weak side to other people. However, their many other fans who have the same moral belief when I read there comments or other fan site who like the same animation books. The inspiration lasts about five minutes or more depending on the moral ideals to me. This is why I chose one of my inspirations than the other inspiration I have in life.

Year Up Community Group

My community group is Year Up. It provided me a great opportunity to meet new people who want to have great opportunity for a better job. The members of this community are diversity race in different age from 18 to 24 year old and have different cultural views. It also has some adult, who want to join the community and help to support them anyways. The person who wants to join in Year up community should be interesting to learn informational technology and has to be age of 18 to 24. In the community group can only hold 80 people every 6 months a year. However, you can also join by being a volunteer to help the community in many ways by support them. The community interacts every weekday in Year Up and it is an internship program to learn IT support and Business communication. Sometime they often volunteer other community support and with people who they can touch to. There always once every Friday to have a guest speaker can provide more about what you should do in an organization and how to improve your relationships toward your boss or coworker at business world. They are chosen to be members for other reasons. However, it is not totally there mean community group in their own decision. The benefit of having this community is to be a professional employee in an organization throughout their career. They can make mistakes in this community; however they must know how to improve there mistakes. One of these disadvantages is the community split in two groups, so some time they do not interact with each other as a big community support or knowing more about each other. The successes of this community is that student would have the skills in knowing business aspects and willing to work with each other in a big or small community group at their organization. I enjoy about this community is know new people and the great knowledge in this community group.

Involution myself in Module I

In my module one, I have improve myself in many ways like being more open to the community, help others, and learn new things in Pro Skill and Business Community class have not learn before. For example, I have been spent more time speak with other student on break and asking question in class. In my previous life I have not participate much in Laney College or as question much to know assignments thoroughly. I have help some of my student learn how to use Microsoft office in access and excel. Some students don’t know the formulas function or the basic of the spreadsheet. I have learned many new things. That would provide me going opportunity path in become a successful coworker in a business world. To improve my growth area, I should listen more clearly to teacher and student, so that I can fully question other things. Then wasting time on basic question in class people already have known about. I would need to go over my paper by proofread or have feedback from my community, so that can provide a good quality work then doing it poorly, when I hand in me assignment to my teacher or other staff. These are the things that I have learn about myself in module one and should step up my games to improve next module.

My Neighborhood in Berkeley

The surrounding area of my neighborhood in the middle of Berkeley is mostly diverse, because many stores and schools are mostly mixed racially. In some neighborhoods in Berkeley, there are only one or two types of communities; in my neighborhood, there are all different cultures. In order to compare my neighborhood in Berkeley to other neighborhoods, we would have to compare the wealth in the different neighborhoods. For example, in West Berkeley there are some dilapidated places, because some owners do not take care of their renter’s homes. In East Berkeley area, near the campus, is the rich area, which has fancy homes and very little diversity. My cousin is a real estate agent who notices one main area in here neighborhood is mostly one culture. Hear what my cousin had say and it feel true because the house much more expensive there and much more fancy then West Berkeley areas. It is much difficult for poor and middle to afford house in that part of area. However, some people don’t need to live in that area because most of the schools are mostly spread evenly in Berkeley. It may have similarly educational background depends on the materials or student willing to learn in that school. The atmosphere in my community is mostly normal because many people hang out with their diverse friends or family who are go to restaurants or shopping for things. The only fun place at time is on a football season in Cal Berkeley or small festival mostly on College Street. I feel mostly missing out activity because I go to Oakland Chinatown to spent time in my closely related culture festival then Berkeley events. I don’t despite my neighborhood because there are not many crimes in that areas and mostly there are many good people who help out with each other if they need it. If I would move to Oakland to spend more time in community and feel more relaxed I would feel much happier, but I would be much afraid because of the crimes in Oakland area. There is less cultural diversity in some parts in Oakland areas.

"The Poverty Business" Reflect

The Poverty Business article talks about how companies take advantage of poor people. Some people that have only received their high school diploma and did not continue their educational degrees. They may be taken advantage of corporate scams or loans because they do not the knowledge of the processes. Brain Grow and Keith Epstein wrote about how people who have been taken advantage by many companies in scams or loans without asking questions or know the processes to pay back their loans. Due to companies not care about low-wage workers, so they can profit their earning from them. Companies only help the rich people because they can pay back their loans much faster then middle or low-wage class. If organization would help middle and low-wage class to choose the right path, they can improve there financial costs, also would have a retirement money in future. If not they should ask simple questions to know how to pay back there loans then waiting for the consequence of consuming large debt. Even doing their time reading the fine print on contract or ask someone in their family to help them choosing the right path for them. If it was my situation, I would have read the contract fully or asked question even have someone in my relative give me the right decision. In the future I would not consume a large debt, so my future children don't take the responsibility to pay back my loans.


The consumer would not want to be trapped in this situation debt in this first place, so the community should solve these issues. I have saw a channel on the television that provided help to people by giving advised if they can afford to buy things or not. To have this access, they should have to pay a small fee to receive help for advising in knowing what to purchase things or know the process how to pay back there loans, also there should be a non-profit organization that provide help to the people who can take a small loans and able to pay it back in future. Even take donations from people who like their program channel.

My Biography

My name is James lee. My parents only speak Chinese in their main language at home.  It was a difficult lifestyle back then at that time. My parent wasn’t wealthy like other family; however, they teach my many things like knowing mathematical equation, Chinese language, and helping people needs. I had improved myself in many ways. For example, Associate with many tutors that help me to provided my learn skill in read English books, also learning how to solving my homework and tricks. My hobbies are animation movies and books, also watching educational show and science fiction, even plays strategy games like war to war crafts, checkers, and magic cards. I got interested in computer world be watching science-fiction show that may happen in the future. In my middle school years, I attended at Martin Luther King School that teachers had taught us the basic knowledge about use a computer like type on keyboard, turning computers, Microsoft work and more. I decide want to work in the computer field because there many way can do in using a computer like make robots parts and artificial limbs. However, it was difficult from me to get there because I knew you need lot education background, and I couldn't even know how to fix my own computer; However, I don’t give up on my dream because when I was in high school help many people how use computer and supported special-education resource by make audiotape for them. I even help some teach troubleshooting their computer difficulty get IT support fix their computer. However, it wasn't enough to become real computer field major because I only knew basic computer knowledge. When I heard about Year Up and got in to there program. I will fill my dream to become an Information technology organization. I thought would be impossible without the support my family and my communities network, also support from my tutors.

Berkeley High School Atmosphere

There many disturbances time in BerkeleyHigh School like construction on the new buildings, many students disturbing other student who went to have good education, also their some teacher who didn't care to teach. In my second year if Berkeley High School, they are supposed to finish new facility to reduce some of student in class but they didn’t finish over the summer breaks, so they had to cramming many students in some of class, but don’t help the teacher because hard to providing good education to student. There are many disturbances in class due to cell phones, speaking out, and give the teacher hard times. However, there are some teachers who don’t care about student education. For example, one science teacher who got to leave from school temporary because she had to prepare give birth. Do to her leave of absence there weren't any time to get temporary teacher, so he had to get many different substitutes teacher who don’t provide any good education class and got out-of-control. Do not went tell how be it was. The Second time was in my third year in high school. The teacher was cool but he was sport freak who take about high school football, and one time was that we supposed to have big test but he cancel due to wanting to watch the soccer cups. It was hectic in time some if my years with the student and teachers.

The reasons people speak slang word

There are many reasons that young populations speak slang language. The first reason that many city populations speak slang language is that they went to become famous are well-known in society world. The second reason is that young teenagers use slang word when they writing in text message is because it is easier and save time with they communicate with their friends are younger parents. They influence by younger teenager when they hear in public areas are in music. The three reasons is that people speak slang language is that they come different country like Texas are Southern language because it was formal language back in their time line. It is hard to tell teenagers no to speak slang language because they had the right to speak freely in this country, and it is morally natural not to judge people by their racial backgrounds. The third reasons that people may speak slang words are mainly from TV channels, movies, also music because famous people use them, and they may copy what they speak in the real society. How they may sometime speak slang language in business are classroom because it is their bad habit writing on online are trying to become cool with their friends in middle school. If we don’t have text messaging many people would not speak slang language in the real world.
